For the third week in a row, Princeton University claimed the top spot in the USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association NCAA Division I Varsity Eight Coaches Poll, while Western Washington University and Trinity College topped the Division II and III polls, respectively.
In Division I, Princeton earned 23 of 24 first-place votes to remain atop the rankings. California, the defending NCAA champions, earned one first-place vote to stay in the No. 2 position in the poll. Yale ranked third, followed by Southern California and Ohio State.

Western Washington, once again, was the unanimous choice for the top spot in the Division II poll. Barry University ranked second, while Nova Southeastern ranked third.

Trinity College received eight of nine first-place votes to remain in the No. 1 position in the Division III poll. Ithaca College, which received the other first-place vote, ranked second, followed by Williams College, Smith College, and Puget Sound.
