University of California claimed the top spot in this week’s USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association NCAA Division I Varsity Eight Coaches Poll, while Western Washington University topped the Division II poll.

California received 19 of 25 first-place votes to top the final Division I regular season poll. Brown University garnered the remaining six first-place votes to remain in second position, while Yale University, University of Virginia and Stanford University rounded out the top five.

For the 10th consecutive week, Western Washington was the unanimous choice for the top spot in the Division II poll, receiving all four first-place votes. Dowling College ranked second, while Mercyhurst College ranked third.

The final Division III regular season poll was last week.
