Every month, coaches have the opportunity to join a zoom call with other coaches in their region (DI) or Division (DII and DIII). Not only does this provide a continual networking opportunity, it provides a supportive environment for coaches to collaborate and empower one another. It also makes sure every member has a voice and a direct line to the CRCA Board of Directors.
The CRCA Sustainability Committee is highly engaged and one of the most pro-active committees within the CRCA. We work to protect the rowing programs currently in the NCAA, plus we focus our efforts to grow the total number of Rowing Programs across the country. When your program faces a potential a threat of being eliminated, or for programs that have been cut, the Sustainability Committee is here, ready to help keep your program alive and get it to thrive.
The Committee also continually evaluates all of our current programs, and provides a toolkit that can be utilized for future needs and to help coaches grow awareness of their program status.
The Sustainability Committee is here to help YOU, don’t miss out having this powerful team on your side.
