Washington State University is accepting applications for the position of Director of Operations/Boathouse Director. The incumbent will provide administrative support for all aspects of the rowing program including team travel, liaising with department support services, and assisting with recruiting visits. The Director of Operations/Boathouse Director is responsible for maintenance of rowing equipment and boathouse facilities including – but not limited to – rowing shells, oars, rowing machines, and other equipment utilized by the rowing program. Duties will also include coordination and transportation of equipment to and from events of competition, and purchasing of equipment. This is a full‐time position with health benefits and membership in the WSU Retirement Plan.

• High level of communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with individuals of all backgrounds and experience
• Trailer driving experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the skills necessary to contribute to a competitive Division I rowing program
