Graduate Assistant, Women’s Rowing, Indiana University Athletics
Assist with all aspects of a Division I women’s collegiate rowing program; including the overall coaching, supervision, organization, development of student-athletes.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting with practice preparation, event management, equipment maintenance, team travel planning, overseeing social media, recruiting as NCAA rules/regulations allow and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree and sufficient academic credentials for admittance into a graduate degree program for the upcoming year at Indiana University, Bloomington.
Collegiate or high school coaching experience or collegiate rowing experience required.
We are seeking highly motivated candidates, who exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, a basic understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, and a desire toward a future in coaching.
